This reversible non-tilting type concrete mixer has a 10 hp motor along with inline gearbox. The “v” belts (3 nos.) perform power transmission, which allows very soft reversion of drum rotation and hence, there is less stress on the mechanical components. There are push buttons on the electric control panel to operate the drum rotation reversible. The range mixers are capable of producing concrete more quickly and of superb quality with no segregation during discharge. Generally 1 to 2 minute is taken for mixing according to the mix design.
A receiving skip bucket consists of S.S load cell system mechanism. The manual charge of aggregate and cement in bucket is converted into weight kg. The bucket is lifted by a lever type hydraulic valve that makes easy control of skip bucket, ascent & descent by hydraulic cylinder up to drum type concrete mixer. A stop valve is provided to avoid accident falls.
A water controller is employed to indicate the schedule of water pump. To perform the mixing operation accurate measurement of water can be made.
